Kedrion is committed to acting in accordance with the highest ethical standards, operating with the utmost integrity and transparency and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in force.
Our Global Code of Conduct reflects this commitment, as well as recalling our five core values. This document provides our employees and partners in all countries where we operate with important guidelines on how to translate these values into daily decisions and behaviors.

Our sustainable approach includes the awareness that everything we do and every decision we make has an impact on the people around us: at Kedrion, in our communities and around the world. This awareness is reflected in all our activities, from plasma collection to the distribution of plasma-derived products, from research to marketing.

Our commitment to Social Responsibility
In this context, Kedrion has voluntarily decided to undertake and bring back into its Sustainability Report activities aimed at enhancing and protecting its employees and the external community, by actively addressing issues that have a social impact.
Specifically, Kedrion is committed to launching initiatives with the aim of:
- Ensureing that our workers are treated and paid fairly
- Providing a comfortable and safe working environment
- Reducing the environmental impact of our activities by promoting ecological and sustainable practices
- Playing an active role in community life to contribute to the well-being and growth of the areas in which we do business
- Acting with maximum transparency and integrity by adhering to the principles of good practice and the highest national and international ethical standards.
For us at Kedrion, having a sustainable impact is not just a commitment, but a value that we pursue on a daily basis.
Since 2004, Kedrion voluntarily adopted a corporate social responsibility management system certified according to international standards (SA8000 till 2024 and PAS24000 starting from 2025). Some elements pertaining to this system are outlined below.
