The Beatles’ hits, covered by guitarist Giandomenico Anellino and the New Tuscany Orchestra directed by Maestro Mario Zannini Quirini, will take centre stage at the traditional New Year’s Concert on Thursday 1st January, 2015, starting at 5.30 pm, in the Auditorium of Il Ciocco Resort (Castelvecchio Pascoli, Lucca). Entitled “Let It BeAtles”, the event is organised by Confraternita di Misericordia of Castelvecchio Pascoli, with the contribution of Kedrion Biopharma and of the Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa.
The funds raised during the evening will be donated, as usual, to the Muhura Mission in Rwanda, run by Dr Lido Stefani. A specific purpose of the 2015 fund-raising campaign is to upgrade the Ophthalmology Ward of the Kizigoro Hospital.
