The AFFIANCO project, with an unconditional support from Kedrion Biopharma, has received the prestigious Special UNIAMO Award at the international film contest “Uno Sguardo Raro”. This recognition celebrates the work of the Associazione Immunodeficienze Primitive (AIP), which through AFFIANCO has given a voice to the experiences of those living with primary immunodeficiencies.
AFFIANCO is a narrative medicine initiative that weaves together the stories of patients and physicians, creating an authentic and touching dialogue about the daily challenges, hopes, and courage of those facing these rare diseases.
